VAT businesses

VAT statistics are no longer produced by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and have been replaced by the Business Demography statistics published by the ONS. The VAT data includes estimates of VAT registrations and de-registrations by industry and numbers of VAT registered businesses by local authority.
